This premium stitched unidirectional fiberglass fabric is engineered to maximize strength and stiffness in a single direction, making it ideal for structural composite applications requiring high load-bearing performance.

The fabric consists of continuous fiberglass fibers aligned primarily in the 0° direction and secured with reinforced polyester stitching, while smaller cross-fibers provide dimensional stability during handling and layup. Because the fibers remain straight and uncrimped, the fabric delivers superior mechanical properties and efficient load transfer compared to woven reinforcements.

Its smooth, flat construction promotes rapid resin wet-out and excellent fiber-to-resin ratios, making it well suited for both hand lay-up and vacuum infusion processes.
