Gurit® Corecell™ M80 is a high-strength SAN structural foam core designed for marine and advanced composite applications requiring increased mechanical performance. Offering higher shear strength, compressive properties, and stiffness than lower-density grades, Corecell™ M80 is ideal for heavily loaded structures and critical structural zones.

Based on Gurit’s proven SAN polymer chemistry, Corecell™ M80 delivers excellent toughness, impact resistance, and elongation while maintaining low resin absorption and reliable processing. Its high thermal stability allows for elevated-temperature curing and full compatibility with prepreg systems—without outgassing—ensuring high-quality laminate finishes.
