Bergolin LEP 6D1100 is a pigmented, solvent-free, lightfast 2-component polyurethane liquid plastic specifically developed for erosion protection on wind turbine rotor blades. Engineered to withstand extreme environmental exposure, this high-performance coating delivers outstanding abrasion resistance, flexibility, and long-term UV stability.

  • Rolling

  • Brushing

  • Spraying (material temperature 50–60°C)

  • Pouring
