Saertex UD (0°) 1200 g/m² – Stitched Unidirectional Fiberglass Fabric

This Saertex unidirectional (UD) fiberglass fabric is engineered to provide maximum strength in a single direction (0°), making it ideal for structural composite applications where load is concentrated along one axis.

Constructed using large bundles of 0° E-glass fibers, lightly supported by stitched 90° fibers, this non-crimp fabric delivers superior mechanical performance compared to woven fabrics. The fibers remain straight (no crimp), allowing for optimal load transfer and higher strength-to-weight ratios.

The stitched construction ensures the fabric lays flat and handles easily during processing, while maintaining fast resin wet-out for efficient manufacturing. This fabric is well suited for vacuum infusion, wet lay-up, and other composite processes.

Key Features & Benefits
